Judge Carver is not currently a Civil Court Judge. She currently handles Family Court and Small Claims Appeals.  She was not on our radar for involvement. Yet she signed an out of court decision setting aside a default in the case against the Termite Inspector that indicated she had not read any aspect of the complaint or the prayer for judgement.  

After this complaint was filed, we discovered that she had in fact signed a statement that had been created days prior by Judge Vallarta. 

It seems they just sign each others documents with no need to know if what they are signing is based in law or an accurate representation of a complaint on file.
